Hassle-free cooking in a frying pan

Ingredients(2 servings)
- 1 onion (200g)
- 200g chicken thighs
- 360g rice
- 100g Ketchup
- 1 tsp chicken broth mix
- A pinch of salt and pepper

How to make
- Cook rice hard.
※If the rice is cold, heat it up before cooking. -
- Mince the onion.
- Cut the chicken thighs into 2 cm cubes.
- Mince the onion.
- Put 1 Tbsp of oil in a frying pan and fry the onions. When onions become wilted, add the chicken thighs and fry a little.
- Set it aside, then add the ketchup and fry, boil the ketchup to remove excess liquid.
- Add the rice and chicken broth mix and fry, add salt and pepper to adjust the taste at the end, and it’s ready.
