  • 1 onion (200g)
  • 200g chicken thighs
  • 360g rice
  • 100g Ketchup
  • 1 tsp chicken broth mix
  • A pinch of salt and pepper

How to make

  1. Cook rice hard.

    ※If the rice is cold, heat it up before cooking.
    • Mince the onion.

    • Cut the chicken thighs into 2 cm cubes.

  2. Put 1 Tbsp of oil in a frying pan and fry the onions. When onions become wilted, add the chicken thighs and fry a little.

  3. Set it aside, then add the ketchup and fry, boil the ketchup to remove excess liquid.

  4. Add the rice and chicken broth mix and fry, add salt and pepper to adjust the taste at the end, and it’s ready.
